RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

1. SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping with RVRE. Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate before placing your order.

Orders are processed and shipped within 7 business days unless otherwise stated.
- Made-to-order and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Customers have 48 hours from the time of delivery to report any missing, damaged, or defective items.
- All shipping charges are non-refundable.
- International customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes applied by their destination country.
2. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We accept returns and exchanges on eligible items under the following conditions:
- Eligibility: Only full-priced items are eligible for a refund or exchange.
- Timeline: Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Ineligible Items: Any item marked final sale, or that has been worn, washed, or damaged, will not be accepted.
All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. If approved, your exchange or refund will be processed within 5 business days.
Please include your order number and reason for return in your return package.
Note:
- Outgoing and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, RVRE will cover the return shipping cost.
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
- For international returns, duties and taxes paid at delivery are non-refundable.
3. REFUNDS
Once your return has been received and approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout..
- Your account will be credited within 5 business days, excluding original shipping fees.
- If the item requested for exchange is unavailable, you may choose to receive a refund or store credit for future purchases.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your refund or store credit has been processed.
4. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We proudly ship worldwide. International customers are encouraged to confirm specific shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and customs requirements before ordering.
Please note that RVREDOBBZ is not responsible for delays, duties, or taxes imposed by customs authorities in the destination country.
